Munich: High-Tech Forum “Innovations in Microelectronics”

On May the 21st, Moticon CEO Dr. Maximilian Müller  followed an invitation of Bayern Innovativ GmbH as a speaker on the “Innovations in Microelectronics” forum. The subtitle of the workshop, “Solutions for modern health monitoring” perfectly fit activities that Moticon conducts with its clinical partners.

Moticon presented its resently launched product for every-day life weightbearing monitoring of fracture patients. The product “OpenGo therapist” was already awarded with an international innovation price earlier this year and allows long-term data acquisition of partial weightbearing for up to 4 weeks and the computation of clinical statistics on this long-term data.

A live demonstration with a personal scales to emphasize on the measurement accuracy and theexcellent usability of the OpenGo system caused an extra moment of fascination in the audience.

Main topic of the event was the innovation potential of mobile, linked/connected microsystems for real-time monitoring and data analysis of vital parameters in profession, leisure and sports.
